Our updated cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.

Yes, we have free parking available in front of the clinic. Please note that parking can be congested during peak hours due to other businesses in the building, so we recommend giving yourself a bit of extra time to find a spot.

No, our clinic is privately operated and not funded by Alberta Health Services.

We do not offer a standalone general injury assessment. You’ll need to choose whether to book with a physiotherapist or a chiropractor.
If you’re unsure, you really can’t go wrong with starting with a physiotherapy assessment. Physiotherapists are highly trained in musculoskeletal injuries and can help determine the best course of action for your specific condition. This may include a personalized treatment plan, collaboration with other practitioners at our clinic such as Chiropractors, or external referrals when appropriate.
